Indicators of Success
- Monitor delivery and practices. Develop and enact processes to monitor and strengthen service delivery and instructional practices, such as collaboration, co-planning, data collection, analysis, and instructional decision-making following data use.
- Create a data-driven culture. Develop and promote a data-driven culture supporting staff in collecting, analyzing, and making decisions based on relevant and accurate data within a tiered system of support.
- Use evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with staff to identify and implement evidence-based interventions with fidelity and in accordance with Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) or Individual Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Reinforce effective learning environments. Ensure educational policies, curriculum, resources, and instructional practices support the provision of appropriate specially designed instruction and developmental services for children with disabilities.
- Provide feedback and evaluation. Regularly provide feedback on instruction and pedagogy, and enact evaluation processes to strengthen professional practice.
