Step into a fast-paced, solutions-driven learning experience designed for local early intervention program and school building administrators who are ready to lead implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Gain

The Solution-Based Learning Series is made up of short, focused learning blocks—each tackling a specific challenge in IDEA implementation. You’ll walk away with fresh insights, practical solutions, and a renewed sense of purpose in your role as a leader or supporting leader. Whether you’re navigating compliance, strengthening child and family-centered practices, or driving meaningful change, each learning block is built to help you move IDEA from policy to practice.

What is a Learning Block?

A learning block is a focused series of sessions that zeroes in on a specific leadership challenge or opportunity. Each block consists of two live learning and networking sessions, with a reflection activity in between. Blocks are fast-paced, practical, and packed with tools you can apply immediately. You can engage with one block or follow the full series for a deeper dive.

Who Should Join?

Each learning block targets topics relevant to either local early intervention program leaders or PreK-Grade 12 school principals and assistant principals. State education and Part C lead agency leaders, as well as district leaders, may also find the content valuable as they support local leadership development and IDEA implementation efforts.
