Lead IDEA Center’s Leaders in the Field (LiF) is a community of birth to grade 12 leaders across the nation who work closely with us to better understand the IDEA leadership experience in early intervention programs and schools across the country. This dynamic group of early childhood intervention program and PreK-12 school leaders engage and collaborate regularly with our center staff around what it takes to effectively lead the implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). We want every product and service we offer to reflect the real-time needs of leaders today. We rely closely on this important group to help us bridge the research to practice gap as we grow strong, capable leaders to support children with disabilities!
