Early Intervention Service Delivery Implementation Tool for Program Leaders
Lead IDEA Center
Year
2026
This tool helps local early intervention program (EIP) administrators ensure that Part C services are delivered consistently as required. The tool includes a checklist that guides EIP leaders in reflecting on key aspects of service delivery, including frequency, duration, responsible provider, and location. After identifying priority areas where service delivery may be inconsistent, unclear, or in need of improvement, leaders can use the accompanying action plan to outline specific improvement strategies, identify responsible staff, determine how progress will be measured, and establish timelines for review and follow-up.
