Donna McGuire is a School Administrator in the New York City Public Schools (NYCPS). Her tenure in NYC spans across teaching K-12, coaching teachers in pedagogy and practice, and in her current role as an assistant principal, supervising general education and special education. Donna fiercely advocates for children, funding, and resources, in school and on city, state, and national levels. McGuire is the national moderator for the NAESP – Assistant Principal Community of Practice. Additionally, Donna serves on the editorial board for the School Administrators Association of New York State (SAANYS), and is a union representative of the Council for School Supervisors and Administrators (CSA).

Donna graduated from the NYC Leadership Academy. She received a Master’s in Educational Administration from Baruch College, and completed her coursework in an Urban Leadership Doctoral program from Fordham University.
