Over the last 12 years as an administrator of a pre-K through 6th grade school, Cynthia has been instrumental in fostering inclusive environments where all students can thrive. Her experience spans teaching all grades, mentoring new teachers, and coaching administrators, ensuring a robust support system for language learners.
