Dr. Cheryl Fogg is an educational leader with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Instructional Leadership, from Grand Canyon University and a broad range of experience in academic administration, instructional leadership, and student support services. Currently she is an Early Behavior Intervention Specialist in Laramie County School District #1. Her roles include collaborating with building principals and leadership teams to develop a Multi-Tiered System of Support, develop Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supports within the MTSS framework, provide staff training/professional development, oversee building level and individual student data collection, working directly with intervention teams to develop and monitor behavior intervention plans for students needing Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports, and working with principals to ensure implementation fidelity of Tiered supports. 

Cheryl brings 25+ years of educational experience. She has held leadership roles as an elementary school principal, instructional facilitator, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) interventionist and adjunct instructor for the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Fogg is known for her ability to foster inclusive learning environments, spearhead strategic initiatives, and lead teams in improving student success. Additionally, she is an active member of various educational organizations, contributing to state-level efforts in behavior and mental health support systems.
