Delaney Rosenberg,
Delaney Rosenberg is located in the Seacoast of New Hampshire with her husband, two kids (Dean and Dylann) and cats. She is currently the Principal of Ellis School in Fremont, New Hampshire, where she worked as the Assistant Principal for three years before stepping into the role of principal. In this position, she enjoys supporting staff, students, and parents using a relationship-centered lens and coaching teachers in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
Prior to becoming an administrator, Delaney taught high school English and worked as the English Teacher Leader in a local district. She also earned her Masters in English Teaching and her School Principal CAGS while teaching. Currently, Delaney is still in school and is earning her Doctorate of Education in K-12 Leadership at New England College. Her research interests include restorative practices, school culture and climate, and how educational leaders can best support teacher well-being and retention.
