Equetta Jones is a dedicated leader, advocate, and parent who believes strongly in the power of inclusivity. With a deep commitment to fostering a school environment where every student feels valued and respected, her leadership is characterized by a strong focus on creating a supportive and welcoming school culture that celebrates the unique backgrounds and experiences of all students, staff, and families. Equetta has a firm belief that every child deserves a Booster Club no matter their ability, background, or socioeconomic status. 

Currently, she serves as the Principal of Love Creek Elementary, where she is committed to working collaboratively with the school community to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. She continues to walk in her mantra, "I love them too much to let them fail." Equetta loves building angels with broken wings and often shares her story with parents and students who have started to lose hope. 

Her leadership focuses on motivating her team, leveraging data to improve school outcomes, and creating a space where students feel excited to learn and grow.
