Karla Miller is the principal of Giant Springs Elementary School and a dedicated educator with  21 years of experience in education and 6 years in administration. She has taught at both the elementary and middle school levels and has also worked as a curriculum director. Karla is passionate about creating systems that foster growth for both students and staff, ensuring that  behavior and basic needs are met as a foundation for academic success. She is also committed to building leadership within her school, focusing on developing people's strengths and  empowering them to lead. Outside of work, she is a proud parent of two adult children and a grandparent to a wonderful grandson.
