Early Intervention Service Delivery Implementation Tool for Program Leaders
Lead IDEA Center
Year
2026
The Early Intervention Service Delivery Implementation Tool for Program Leaders helps leaders ensure that early intervention services are delivered consistently as required. It includes a checklist which guides leaders through a reflection on factors such as the service's frequency, duration, person responsible, and location. After identifying one or more priority areas of service delivery that are inconsistent, unclear, or in need of improvement, leaders can use the tool's action plan to help determine the specific actions they will take to address the priority area(s), name who is responsible for leading the work, describe how progress will be measured, and set a review date.
