The TNTP Opportunity Makers Toolkit is a collection of resources to apply trajectory-changing practices in schools and communities. The Opportunity Makers profiles seven public schools that are changing students’ academic trajectories. Their three focus areas—belonging, consistency, and coherence—and the practices that sustain them can be applied in any school nationwide.
