Reflecting on our Practice: 10 Ways Schools Can Foster Belonging Among Students With and Without Disabilities

This reflection tool is intended to help school and district teams to reflect on how they are fostering the 10 elements of belonging for all students, including students with disabilities within their school communities. The tool includes an opportunity for teams to identify what they are doing well, what they could do differently, and what changes they should target to spur change.
